In spite of the inspection concluding at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night, Mika provided a completed and detailed written documentation that same evening. Her report included pictures of issues found, and provided on-line references to additional information about various aspects of home components (HVAC, plumbing, pests, and electrical). That's dedication to the customer and exemplifies a great work ethic. Mika was very knowledgeable about all aspects of home maintenance or the lack thereof. She addressed all questions put forward to her, and offered to address any questions via email or phone call if they arose subsequently.
